8. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After this period, all payments are final and non-refundable.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions beyond the guarantee period.

10. Limitation of Liability

CyaStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
