2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must have purchased the subscription within the last 7 days.
  • You must have contacted our support team to attempt to resolve any technical issues first.
  • Refunds are not available for trial periods (if applicable).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Issues caused by your own internet connection or hardware limitations.
  • Account suspension due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing accounts).
  • If you simply "changed your mind" without trying the service or contacting support.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement or PayPal account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

6. Subscription Cancellation

Canceling your subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. If you wish to receive a refund within the 7-day window, you must specifically follow the refund request process outlined in Section 4.
